The Ambassdors Sky Chef, New Delhi.

The Ambassdors Sky Chef is located at H. No: 242 / 243 in Saraswati Vihar, Gurgaon. Even though our name mentions New Delhi, this is where the actual work happens. It’s a house that we use for our operations. It feels more like a home than an office, which I guess makes sense given we deal with food. There’s always someone coming in or going out. The kitchen area is where the heart of the place is. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the supplies are right. Saraswati Vihar is a decent enough area, though parking can be a real pain if you have more than one car. We aren't some massive factory with machines doing everything. There are real people here chopping, cooking, and packing stuff. You can usually smell something good cooking if you come by in the morning. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing team. We just have our address and our reputation among the people who know us. The house has two numbers because it’s a double plot. It’s got plenty of room for our crates and boxes. We have a small area out front where we sit when the weather is nice. It’s a bit of a messy business, but we like it. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big deal out of it. Sometimes we run out of space for all the ingredients we need for the day.
