You can find us at House Number 107 in the Housing Board colony of Tigaon, Faridabad. This isn't one of those big mall locations you might see elsewhere. We are just a local spot serving up food to the people in our neighborhood. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen, prepping ingredients and getting ready for the lunch and dinner rushes. It gets pretty hot and busy back there once the orders start coming in. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big team of servers. It’s a small, practical space where we focus on getting the food out on time. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting with the regulars who live nearby. Other days, we are running around trying to keep up with everyone. We deal with the usual headaches like deliveries being late or the stove acting up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Faridabad, just a reliable spot where you can get a meal. The Housing Board area is a quiet enough place most of the time, and we've been here for a bit now. We don't use any corporate scripts or anything like that when we talk to people. We just ask what they want to eat and try to make it right. It's a simple life and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Tigaon.
