You can find us over at the Dhansa Stand in New Delhi. It’s a busy area, lots of buses and people moving around all the time, so there is never a dull moment. We’ve got this spot at 1625D/2. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for the people living around here, it’s a familiar landmark. Most days, we are just busy keeping the place clean and getting things ready for whoever walks in. It’s not a fancy corporate office or a high-end mall location. It feels more like a part of the street culture. I remember when we first moved in, the floor needed a lot of work, and we spent weeks just getting the lights to stay on properly. Now, it’s just our regular routine. We open up early, check the supplies, and get to work. The noise from the stand is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a honest living for us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just running a business in a crowded city. Sometimes the power goes out, or the water pressure is low, but we deal with it like everyone else on this block. There are a few tea stalls nearby where we go for breaks and chat with the other shop owners. It’s a good community. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the guys who run the transport stand. We just keep our heads down and work.
