We are located at Plot No - 242 in Saraswati Vihar. If you know the area, it’s right there in Chakarpur, pretty close to Sahara Mall. Being in Gurgaon, things are always moving fast. This place is usually buzzing because of the mall traffic nearby. Most days, we’re just focusing on getting things ready before the doors open. It’s not a fancy corporate setup behind the scenes, just a bunch of us making sure the tables are wiped down and the kitchen is prepped. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here on time, but once you're inside, it’s okay. We’ve been here for a while now. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts around Saraswati Vihar to avoid the worst of the jams. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the Gurgaon crowd. On weekends, it gets really hectic, and we’re all running around trying to keep things straight and not lose our heads. We don't have a big fancy story to tell, just that we show up every morning and do our jobs. The mall brings in a lot of people, but we also see the regulars from the neighborhood who come by. It’s a decent spot to be in, even if the parking around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to keep the lights on and the food coming out hot for whoever walks in. It’s basically our second home at this point.
