We are located at G Harsha Vardhana House, number 231 in M Block of South City-I. Gurgaon is a fast place, and being in the 122001 area reflects that energy. Our building is usually humming with noise because there are always people on the phone. We work in shifts, so the office never really feels empty even at three in the morning. You’ll see people coming in for the night shift with their bags just as others are leaving for the day. It’s a lot of headsets, monitors, and people talking at once. The area around South City-I is pretty well-known, so it’s not too hard to find us if you're in the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby with plants, just a place where people show up to do their jobs. It’s a lot of customer service work, which means talking to a lot of different people every single day. Some callers are nice, some are a bit frustrated because their stuff isn't working, and we just try to handle it. There’s a small break area where we eat lunch or quick snacks. The coffee machine gets a lot of use, and it breaks down sometimes which is a pain. It’s just a standard office environment where the work is constant and the lights stay on. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We focus on getting through the calls and making sure we don't miss anything.
