We are based out of DLF Phase-3 in Gurgaon, which is a pretty hectic part of town. If you have ever been here, you know how busy the narrow lanes can get with all the office workers and the people living in the PGs nearby. Our office is a bit of a small space, but we fit everyone in somehow. We spend the whole day looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone about jobs. It is a lot of talking, honestly. Sometimes our voices get a bit tired by the end of the day. The building we are in is like many others in Phase-3, a bit of a squeeze and always something going on next door. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few chairs for people who come in for interviews. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our hiring work. The metro station is close by, so there is always a stream of people moving past the building. We try to keep things organized, but with so many files and names, it gets a bit messy sometimes. Gurgaon is a place that never really stops, and being in DLF Phase-3 means we are right in the middle of all that energy. We just come in, do our hours, and try to help people find where they need to go next in their careers. It is just basic work.
