Tcil is run out of a flat in Dwarka, specifically Flat No. 166 in Sector 6, Pocket 1. It is a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical office building when you arrive. We have set up some desks and computers in the main rooms of the flat to get our work done. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our days dealing with paperwork and technical stuff on our screens. There are only a handful of us working here, so it stays pretty calm unless we have a big deadline coming up. We usually have the balcony door open for some air, even though the New Delhi heat can be a bit much in the summer months. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and not have too many people coming in and out at odd hours. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception desk to greet people. It’s just a practical workspace where we can get our things done without too much distraction from the outside world. Sometimes we share a meal in the small kitchen area during our lunch breaks. It’s a very simple setup with some shelves filled with files and old manuals that have been there since we started. People usually call us or email instead of visiting in person.
