Tci Xps

Tci Xps has its home at Tci House 69, right in the Institutional Area of Sector - 32. Gurgaon is always a bit of a mess with the roads, and this sector is no different. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phones. It gets loud in here when the afternoon shipments are being sorted out. The building is older than some of the new glass towers you see popping up everywhere in Haryana. We’ve got some plants in the corner that someone forgets to water sometimes. The tea lady comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's just a logistics office where people work hard and try to get things moved from one place to another. India is a big country and managing things from here in Sector - 32 takes up all our energy. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just sit around complaining until it comes back. It's a regular job. We don't have a gym or a fancy cafeteria. There’s a small shop outside where we get snacks. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because Gurgaon summers are no joke. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. It feels like home, even with the stained carpets and the hum of the printers. There is always a pile of boxes near the entrance that we mean to move but never do.
