Tci Xps

Tci Xps is based out here in Gurgaon, Haryana, specifically in the 122001 zip code area. Our location is very much part of the industrial and logistics hub that this part of the country is known for. It’s a place where things are always moving, and there is a constant flow of packages and documents going in and out. The office isn't about being pretty or having nice decor. It’s a practical environment built for speed and sorting through large amounts of freight. We spend our shifts tracking shipments and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. The floors are concrete and the noise of the machinery and vehicles is just part of the background music we work to every day. It gets quite dusty around here, and during the summer, the heat in the warehouse areas can be really tough. We just wear our work clothes and get on with it. There isn't a lot of time for sitting around. We have to stay on top of the schedules because people are waiting for their items. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck or a scanner stops working, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s a lot of physical and mental effort to keep everything organized in such a fast-paced setting. We aren't doing anything glamorous; we are just making sure the logistics chain doesn't break down here in Gurgaon. It’s a gritty, busy job and we do it every single day without much complaint.
