TCI Ltd has its roots deep in Gurgaon. We are located in the 122001 area of Haryana, which is a pretty central part of the city. Being in India, especially in a hub like this, means we are always surrounded by the hustle. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s a place where we come every morning, sign the registers, and get to work on the logistics and transport side of things. The phones ring quite a bit and there is always some paperwork that needs sorting out. Gurgaon has grown up around us so much in the last ten or twenty years. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all concrete and high-rises. We stay focused on the day-to-day tasks. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routines inside out. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news or the weather, which gets incredibly hot in the summer months. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some maps. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a truck is late or a delivery is pending, we deal with it directly. It’s just the way we have always done things here. We don't try to be something we are not. We are just a local office in Haryana trying to do a decent job every day.
