Stracon Back Office

You can find us at number 603 in Sector-15, Phase-I. Gurgaon is a busy place, but this particular sector has a bit of a different feel compared to the high-rise areas. We are just a back office, so we don't see a lot of foot traffic or visitors. Most of our day is spent at our computers, typing away and checking files. The air conditioner is usually running because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes. It’s nothing like the big tech parks. We just have our own little rhythm here. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and the building gets really quiet then. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually take our time getting up to the sixth floor. We’ve had the same group of people working here for a few years now, so we all know each other’s habits. We don't really have meetings that last for hours; we just talk over our desks when something needs to be sorted. It’s a very plain way of working, but it suits us just fine. We don't need any bells or whistles to do what we do every day. We just come in, do the job, and head back home to our families when the sun goes down. It's a simple routine we've got.
