Our office is on the ground floor over in Janak Puri, B2B/201 to be exact. Being in New Delhi means it’s always busy outside. We deal with travel stuff all day long. Some people want to go abroad and some just need a train ticket to another city nearby. We sit at our desks and try to find the best routes that aren't too expensive. It's a lot of typing and looking at different websites. The traffic in Janak Puri can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our main work done before the rush hits. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a simple setup with desks and chairs and a lot of paper files that we probably should clean out one day. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, tell us where they want to go, and we see what’s available on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We just try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn't. New Delhi is a huge place but our little corner in Janak Puri is where we do our bit. It's just a regular job for us, helping people get their travel plans sorted out without too much fuss. We stay late if there's a problem with a booking.
