You can find Sterling Holiday Resorts over at G-298 in Nauroji Nagar. It’s a bit of a different spot compared to the really crowded business hubs in the city. Nauroji Nagar has its own feel, and our office fits right into the neighborhood. The building is simple, and we’ve occupied this space for a good while. Inside G-298, it’s mostly just rows of desks where we handle all the holiday bookings and travel arrangements. We don’t have any big, shiny posters or expensive furniture. It’s a place where we actually work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have a pretty set routine. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to various resorts and making sure the dates are all lined up correctly. Sometimes we have people walk in off the street to ask for directions or about a trip, and we just chat with them like normal folks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do stay busy. The area around Nauroji Nagar is relatively quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We usually bring our own lunches and eat together in the small break area. There’s no big corporate mission hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the work gets done right and people get their holiday details sorted out without any mistakes. It’s a very practical and honest way to spend the day.
