So we are over here at Janak Puri on Garh Road. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, and honestly, the location is what most people notice first about us. Being in the hotel business means things are always moving around. Sometimes it’s quiet and we are just waiting, and other times we have groups coming in all at once, which keeps everyone on their toes. We aren’t trying to be some super-high-end place where you can’t breathe; we just want people to have a decent place to stay. The building has been here for a while, and you can definitely tell in some spots, but it’s clean and the staff works hard every day. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are ready and the guests are okay. It’s a lot of laundry and a lot of checking the kitchen supplies to make sure we have enough tea and coffee. Meerut Puri is what they call this area, even though it feels like a mix of places sometimes. The road outside is always full of noise and horns, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer for everyone. We don’t have a massive team, just a handful of us who really know how things run here. Sometimes the plumbing is a bit old, but we fix it as fast as we can. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people find us because they need a spot near this part of town for work.
