This office for Starwood Hotels And Resorts is located over in Shushant Lok III. We are at B1- 059 in the Flexi Homes area. It’s a bit of a different setup than what you might expect for such a big name, but it works for what we need to do here in Gurgaon. The area has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up around us. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics and the back-end side of things. It can get pretty hectic when the travel season picks up. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just keep our heads down and work. The commute is okay if you leave early enough to beat the worst of the Gurgaon traffic. We don't have fancy signage or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the paperwork and coordination. Sometimes the power goes out, which is typical for the area, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. It’s just us working through our tasks every day. It feels more like a home office than a corporate suite, which is fine by us. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People around here are generally friendly. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else at the end of the day.
