Star Villa

Star Villa is tucked away at A 65 in Rama Park, New Delhi. The pincode is 110059 if you are looking it up. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot different than the big commercial hubs. We spend our time here taking care of the property and making sure everything is in its right place. The house has been here for a bit, and it shows its age in some spots, but that’s just part of its character. Life in Rama Park is pretty typical for New Delhi; you’ve got the street vendors passing by and the neighbors chatting over their gates. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just focus on the basics like keeping the dust off the furniture and making sure the gate is locked at night. It can get pretty hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time in the shaded parts of the villa. When people come by, we just treat them like regular folks. There’s no scripted greeting or anything like that. We are just local people living and working in a regular Delhi neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the water tanker is late, but that’s just how it is around here. We just take things one day at a time and keep the villa looking decent for whoever needs to be here.
