Our office is located at P-1 on Safdar Jung Airport Lane in New Delhi. It is an interesting area because it feels a bit more open than the crowded centers of the city. You can often see the planes or hear the wind, which is a nice change. We have been in this spot for a long time. Inside, the office looks like people actually work there. There are papers everywhere and a few plants that we try to keep alive. We are not big on formal rules or fancy decorations. Most of our mornings start with a lot of talking over cups of tea before we settle into our work. New Delhi can be a very loud and fast place, but we have found our own rhythm here. Our address is easy to find, although the traffic can be a real headache during the busy hours. We do not have a big reception area or a guard at the door. It is just a workspace where a few of us sit and handle our business. Sometimes it feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have all the basic tools we need to get through the day. It is just a group of people doing their thing in a quiet corner of the capital city. We do not need anything more than a desk and a good connection to get things done.
