We are located over in Sector 7 Extension in Gurgaon, right at house number 1445. It’s a quiet enough area most mornings before the rush starts. Being a franchise for the bank means we handle a lot of the local stuff that people need help with. The building is easy to find if you know the sector well. We spend a lot of time on phones and computers, just like any other office really. There’s a small team of us here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a practical spot for us because most of the staff lives nearby. We don't have a big shiny sign out front, just the usual setup. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first started here, but this little corner stays pretty much the same. We take our lunches together sometimes when it’s not too busy. It’s mostly about keeping the records straight and helping people who walk in with questions. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. It’s a lived-in space, not some sterile office you see in movies. We like it that way because it feels more real. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s just a short drive in. We’re usually here until the evening when the traffic gets bad.
