Our office is up on the second floor of building A-340 here in Sector 31, Noida. If you’re looking for us, you have to walk up the stairs and look for the door at the end of the hall. It’s a pretty standard workspace with a few desks, some old travel posters on the walls that have started to fade a bit, and a lot of ringing phones. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens, trying to find the right bus or flight for someone who needs to get somewhere fast. It gets pretty loud in here when all three of us are talking to customers at once. Noida has grown so much around us, and sometimes it feels like there’s a new building going up every week right outside the window. We’ve seen a lot of travelers come through here over the years, from students going back home to families planning their big summer holiday. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for pages to load while the customer is sitting right there waiting, which can be a bit awkward. We just offer them some water and keep trying. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the booking systems work. It's practical work and we stay busy from morning until the sun goes down over the sector. We just do our best with the bookings.
