Spicejet

Our office is in the Kanchanjuunga Towers, specifically at B-108 in Sector-56, Gurgaon. It’s a pretty standard building in the GH-18 area. When you hear the name Spicejet, you think of big planes and airports, but our daily life here is a bit more grounded. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. The office has desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area that's always a bit messy with tea cups. Sector-56 is a busy part of Gurgaon, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We’ve been operating out of this tower for a while. The elevator is slow, so most of us just walk up the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls and expensive rugs. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We have a small team here and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family business than a big airline sometimes. We spend our time looking at schedules and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s important work. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy road below. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can every day. We usually finish up by six and head home.
