Spicejet

Our office is at G-1 in the Sarin Apartment building. It’s right near the Arcade Shopping Complex in South City 1, Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a bit of a mess during the day, but it’s a handy spot to be. We’ve got a regular ground floor setup here. It’s not the main airport hub, just a place where we handle the local Gurgaon side of things. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and the sound of printers going. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with schedule changes and customer questions. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. The building itself is okay, just your standard Gurgaon apartment block. We’ve been here for a while now. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, which is frustrating but that’s just how it goes. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit at the computers, and try to help folks with their flights. It’s busy and loud, but we are used to the pace of South City 1 by now.
