Spicejet Ltd

Our office is over at 807P in Sector 22, Gurgaon. It’s a busy spot in Haryana. We deal with all the stuff that goes into running Spicejet flights. It’s a lot of coordination and looking at screens most of the day. Working in aviation isn't just about the planes you see in the sky. There’s a lot of boring desk work that happens right here in this building. We’ve got people coming in and out at all hours because the airline business never really sleeps. Sector 22 is a good place for us to be located, though the roads get crowded during rush hour. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate machine here. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure things go according to the plan. Sometimes things go wrong with schedules or weather, and we have to fix it fast. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the tasks. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when things get backed up. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to get through the list of things to do so everyone can get where they are going. It’s just how it is working here in Gurgaon. We’ve been at this address for some time now and it feels like home to us, despite the noise and the constant ringing of the telephones.
