Spicejet Ltd.

Our office is located at E-367 on the first floor in Tagore Garden. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and being at 110027 means we see a lot of the local life every day. Spicejet Ltd. has been operating out of this Tagore Garden space for a bit. It’s a first-floor setup, so you have to walk up some stairs to get to us, which can be a bit of a workout. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to each other about what needs to be finished before the day ends. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly plain, and we have folders stacked up wherever we can find room for them. Working in New Delhi keeps us on our toes because there’s always something happening right outside the window. We try to stay on top of the schedule, though sometimes things get a bit behind when it’s really hectic or the internet is slow. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re pretty much a local crew. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or mission statements. We just come in, do the work that’s assigned for the day, and make sure everything is sorted before we leave. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us here in Tagore Garden.
