Spicejet Lmt.

We are over at Sector-56 in Gurgaon, specifically in the Shrishti Appts. Spicejet Lmt. is based in unit 3 Ax. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment complex compared to a traditional office block. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more grounded and less like a corporate grind. The space is compact, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much room for fluff. We’ve got our workstations set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen area serves as our break room. It’s a bit tight when we are all in at the same time, but we make it work. Sector-56 is a decent area, lots of residential buildings around, so it stays fairly quiet during the middle of the day. You can see the balcony from where I sit, though we don't really spend much time out there. The furniture is a mix of things we’ve gathered over time. It’s not a coordinated look, but it’s functional. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a very practical setup for a small team. We don't have big signs or anything fancy out front. Just a small nameplate near the door. It’s just a place where people show up, do their hours, and then go home. It feels honest and simple, which suits us just fine. That is all we really need.
