Our office is located at 3509 in DLF Phase-IV, right here in Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of Haryana, and the address is more of a functional spot than a fancy showroom. We’ve got people coming in and out all day long. Being in the airline business means things never really stop, so even if the office looks quiet for a minute, there is usually someone on a headset or typing away at a terminal. The 122022 zip code area has changed a lot, with new shops and buildings popping up every month. We’re just one part of that. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork that comes with running a big operation. It’s not always glamorous. Most of the time it’s just dealing with flight logs, staff schedules, or customer queries that come through the local lines. The desks are covered in notes and the coffee is usually cold by the time anyone gets to drink it. We like being in Phase-IV because it’s central for us. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations; we just need the computers to work and the phones to stay connected. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to keep things moving in the right direction. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the basic stuff gets done. There is always plenty of paperwork to go around, and we just keep pushing through it.
