Spice Jet Airlines ( Head Off.)

Our head office for Spice Jet Airlines is located in Hari Nagar. We are on the second floor of Be-101, right on Gali No.-2. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road. The stairs up to the second floor are a little narrow, so we have to be careful when we are bringing up supplies. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work for the whole team. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit. Sometimes it gets a little loud when everyone is talking on the phones at the same time. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a big lounge area. It’s mostly just shelves full of folders and computers that have been around for a few years. The windows look out over the street, so we see the market vendors setting up every morning. It’s a very grounded place to work. We deal with whatever comes our way, from scheduling issues to basic paperwork. There is always someone brewing a pot of tea in the back. We try to keep things organized, even when it feels like there are too many papers on the desk. It’s just how we do things here in Hari Nagar. It’s a real place with real people working hard every single day. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor as long as we can finish our daily tasks and help out where we are needed.
