We work out of our office at M-220 in South City-1. Spectra Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. has been based here in Gurgaon for quite a few years now. Dealing with hospitality matters means there is always something that needs attention. Usually, our days are filled with a lot of paperwork and taking phone calls from this office in Haryana. South City-1 is a pretty busy part of the city, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We spend our time coordinating different things for various places we look after. It is not always easy, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but that is just how this kind of work goes. We are not some giant company, just a few of us here making sure things keep moving along as they should. The office at M-220 is not very big, but it has enough room for our desks and a few files. We handle requests from clients as they come in through the mail or over the phone. Some days are quite slow, and we might just sit around drinking tea and catching up on the latest news. Other days, the phone does not stop ringing and we can barely keep up with it all. It is a real mix of pace. We have been in Gurgaon-122001 long enough to know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. We just try to finish our tasks without making a big deal out of it.
