Spc Agro-Vet (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 6th Floor of Block-2 in the Vatica Business Park. We are right on the Gurgaon-Sohna Expressway, so the view from the windows is mostly just the road and other big buildings. Even though it is a business park, our office feels pretty grounded. We handle a lot of things related to the agro and vet sectors, mostly just keeping track of accounts and talking to suppliers on the phone. The elevator is sometimes slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor, so we’ve learned to be patient. Inside, it’s a standard office with cubicles and a small area for making coffee. We aren't really interested in the high-pressure corporate culture. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. There are stacks of folders everywhere because we still like to keep physical copies of the important stuff. The team is small enough that we all eat lunch together most days. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the details and try not to get overwhelmed by the pace of the expressway outside. We don’t put on any acts for anyone. It’s just us doing the best we can with the work we have in front of us every day. We usually turn the lights off by seven.
