Our office is tucked away at C-109/B in the Old DLF Colony, right near the Sector 14 area in Gurgaon. If you know this part of town, it is mostly houses and some smaller businesses, so it is quite easy to miss our front door if you are not specifically looking for it. Sparta Security And Allied Solutions Pvt Ltd has been based in this spot for a bit. We handle a lot of security work, mostly organizing guards and making sure people have the right help they need for their buildings or various events. It is a lot of paperwork and spending time on the phone to coordinate everyone’s shifts. The office is not anything special to look at, just some simple chairs, a few desks, and computers, but it gets the job done for us. Gurgaon is always changing and getting more crowded every day, so there is always something new to deal with. We usually have people coming in and out at all hours because the security business does not really stop when the sun goes down. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Sector 14 is a complete nightmare, but we have mostly gotten used to it over the years. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the country. We just want to make sure the guys we send out are doing their jobs right. Most of us have worked together for a long time now.
