Sparsh Bpo

Our office is located at 850/2 in Acharyapuri, right on Mata Road here in Gurgaon. It’s a pretty lively spot because of all the shops and people moving around all day. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets near the temple times. We have a small team working inside Sparsh Bpo. The building is older, but it does the job. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away on the keyboards. The fans hum in the background, and sometimes the power goes out, but the generator kicks in after a minute or two. We usually bring our lunches from home and eat together at the big table in the back. There isn't much of a view, just the buildings across the street and the occasional cow wandering by. Gurgaon has changed so much since we first started, but Acharyapuri still has that old neighborhood feel. You can smell the street food from the vendors downstairs in the evenings. It makes everyone hungry before the shift ends. We don't really have fancy meetings or big speeches. We just show up, do the work, and head home. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when two people are passing each other. It's a simple setup. We like it because it's close to the main transport links, so getting here isn't a total nightmare for most of the staff.
