Sparsh Bpo Services is located over at Plot No 94-95 in Udyog Vihar Phase 4. If you know Gurgaon, you know this area is basically just rows and rows of office buildings and lots of cars. Our office is one of them. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of people talking on headsets and the hum of the air conditioning units. It’s a 24/7 kind of place, so there’s always someone in the building, even at three in the morning. The night shifts can be pretty long, and we drink a lot of tea to stay awake. The desks are lined up in rows, and everyone has their own little space with photos or sticky notes. We deal with a lot of phone calls and data, which can get repetitive after a while. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby or in the small breakroom we have. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional workplace where we get our tasks done. The elevators sometimes take forever, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to change the world here; we’re just a BPO company handling the work that comes our way. The traffic in Gurgaon is the worst part of the day, honestly. Once we’re inside, we just settle in and start the shift. It’s a steady job for a lot of us here.
