We are located at 1736 in Sector-23, Gurgaon. Spanco Bpo Service Ltd has been in this area for quite a while now. Sector-23 is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s a functional space where we handle a lot of calls and data work. You’ll find rows of desks and people with headsets on most of the time. It can get pretty noisy inside when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how a BPO works. We don't have a big sign outside or a polished waiting room. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it serves its purpose. We have a small break area where we grab some water or a quick snack during our shifts. The commute through Gurgaon can be a headache with all the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity. We’re just a group of people working together to get the tasks done. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same: just keep moving through the workload. It’s a practical environment and we don't make a big deal out of it. We just focus on the calls and the data and try to finish our shifts on time.
