You can find us over at Kalibaari Apartments in New Delhi. It’s a quiet enough place for an office, at least compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating out of unit 11 for some time now. Mostly, we just spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a small setup here. We have a few computers and some old files, and we spend a lot of the day talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays or for work. Delhi is a big city, and there are travel shops everywhere, but we just stick to our little corner. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printers get jammed, but we manage to get things moving eventually. We don't really do the big sales pitches. If someone asks for a price, we give it to them straight. We handle the paperwork, the visas, and the ticket confirmations so the customers don't have to stress about it too much. It’s honest work. We know the regular faces who come by from the nearby apartments. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than a big company. We usually have a pot of tea going and some papers scattered around the table. It's just how we work, nothing too formal or stiff. We just want to make sure people get their flights on time and don't have a headache over it.
