We are stationed right inside the Artemis Hospital in Sector 51, Gurgaon. If you walk through the hospital, you'll eventually find where the Sodexo team hangs out. Our job is mostly about making sure the facility stays in good shape and everything runs as it should for the patients and the staff. It’s a busy environment because a hospital never really sleeps. We handle the cleaning, the food, and all those other services that people often don't think about until they need them. It’s hard work, and it can be a bit stressful at times, especially when the hospital is full. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or marketing. We just focus on the task right in front of us. Most of us are locals from Haryana or have moved here for the work. We’ve become a bit of a family here at the hospital site. We see a lot of things every day, and it makes us appreciate the simple things. We just want to do our jobs well and make sure the place is clean and functioning. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we’re short-staffed, but we do our best to keep up. We are just regular people trying to make a difference in a very busy healthcare setting. It’s practical, hands-on work, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. There is always something to do, so we just keep moving and get it done.
