Sodexho is located at P-32 A/4 in Dilshad Garden. Being in New Delhi, we are used to the noise and the constant movement. This office is where we handle all the back-end stuff that keeps things moving. It isn't a showroom. It’s a place with some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of history. We’ve been in Dilshad Garden for a while now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood business. We don't use any of those buzzwords you hear in the city. We just talk like normal people. If someone has a question about a voucher or a service, we just tell them how it is. Sometimes we have to stay late to sort out the accounts, but that’s just part of it. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work we do inside is what matters. We focus on the practical side of things. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary. Every morning we open up, make some coffee, and start going through the stack of papers. We like the routine. It’s a solid place to work and we don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We focus on the small details that people often overlook. It’s about being reliable and showing up every single day to do the job right. That is how we have managed to stay in business at this address for so long.
