Smaart Cab Radio Taxi

Smaart Cab Radio Taxi operates out of D6/9 in Sheetla Colony. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is nice when we need to focus on dispatching cars. Our office is basically the heart of the operation. You’ll usually hear phones ringing and see a few drivers hanging around waiting for their next shift to start. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. The building is just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not fancy, and we don't have a big reception area with leather chairs. We have some plastic stools and a lot of logbooks. Sheetla Colony is a decent place to be based because it’s easy for the drivers to get in and out without getting stuck in too much traffic right away. We don't use those big words that marketing people like. We just try to get people from one place to another without a lot of trouble. The staff here are all local people who know the city like the back of their hand. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic during the monsoon when the roads are bad, but we just do our best to keep things moving. D6/9 is easy to find if you’re in the colony. We aren't some giant app company; we are just a local taxi service that works out of a small office. We like the personal touch of actually knowing who is behind the wheel.
