Our workshop is sitting on Plot Number 2 in Begumpur Khatola. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it gives us the space we need for the heavy equipment we handle. We’ve been working with hydrates and similar industrial setups for quite a long time. The building itself is just a regular industrial shed, nothing that would win an architecture award. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of equipment and parts waiting to be assembled. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the office area. We prefer to spend our money on better tools and keeping the machines running. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and complain about the weather or the state of the roads nearby. It’s a practical environment. When a customer calls, they usually talk directly to one of us who actually knows how the machines work. We don't have a call center or anything like that. We just tell people the truth about how long a job will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to explain that. We just try to stay busy and keep the quality of our builds consistent. Begumpur Khatola is a growing area, and we’ve seen more shops opening up around us, but we just stick to what we know best.
