Our team works out of the 91 Springboard space over on Plot No-23. It’s right in the Maruti Industrial Estate Area in Sector-18. Since it's a shared building, there are always other people around from different companies, which makes the place feel quite alive. We have our own section where we set up our laptops and piles of samples. It’s not like a traditional corporate office where everyone has a private cubicle. We’re mostly just sitting at long tables, talking through projects and looking at packaging designs. The area outside is very industrial, so you see a lot of vans and workers moving around the estate. Finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache some mornings if you arrive late. Inside, the vibe is pretty casual. We wear whatever is comfortable and drink way too much coffee from the machine in the break area. It’s a fast-paced environment because things are always changing with the orders we handle. Sometimes the internet acts up or it gets a bit too loud when another company is having a celebration, but we just roll with it. It’s a good spot for us because it’s right in the middle of all the industrial action. We don't have a big sign out front, just our desks and our work. We basically live in our spreadsheets and design files most of the week.
