Sitel India Ltd

Our office for Sitel India Ltd is located in Panchsheel Vihar, specifically at Flat No 2, A-28. It is a modest setup in a residential-style building in New Delhi. We are not a giant call center with thousands of people; this location is much smaller and more focused. We have our computers set up in the rooms of the flat, and it feels a bit like working from a home that's been turned into a business. There is a small balcony where we go to take a breath of air when things get busy. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone or through chat, so the place is usually filled with the sound of voices. We have been in the 110017 area for a good while. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet when we are coming and going. Inside, it is a bit cluttered with headsets and chargers and old notebooks. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to the door, one of us just gets up to answer it. It is a very down-to-earth way to run a business. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to help the people who reach out to us. It is simple, a bit cramped sometimes, but it’s our daily reality here at A-28. We keep a stash of snacks in the kitchen and take turns making tea when the afternoon slump hits. It’s just how we get through the long hours and keep everything moving forward.
