Sita World Travel Inc is tucked away in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. We are specifically at 5By in Shristi Appts, Plot 56. Working out of an apartment complex has its own vibe. It’s much more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower near the highway. You see the same neighbors every day and you know the security guards by name. Our office space is basically a converted flat. We have travel brochures everywhere and the phones seem to ring at the oddest times. Sector 56 has changed a lot over the years, with more shops and traffic now. But inside Shristi Appts, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just handle the bookings and the itineraries for whoever calls us up. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because we’re caught up on a call, and then we have to run out to the local market to grab something quick. It’s a lot of coordination and checking dates. The desks are a bit cluttered with maps and notes. We don’t have a receptionist or anything. If you knock, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We just do our bit and keep things simple for everyone. It keeps us on our toes.
