Sds Security Pvt. Ltd. has its office on the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road in Dundhra. Outside, the road is always busy with loud trucks going past. We handle security guards and manning for different places around this area. Inside the office, you will find just a simple room with some desks, chairs, and many logbooks. These books are where we keep track of everyone’s shifts and locations. Usually, there is someone here answering the phone or talking to a guard who just finished their work. It is not a corporate building with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it is a practical place where we get the job done. A lot of our time goes into making sure people show up on time for their duties. When someone calls in sick at the last minute, things get a bit stressful, but we always find a way to fix it. We have been at this Dundhra location for a few years now. Because the neighborhood knows us, we do not really need to do much advertising. Most of our staff live nearby, so they can reach the office without much trouble. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy with the daily schedule. We focus on making sure the sites are covered and the clients are okay. It is a straightforward way to run things without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
