Working at Schneider Electric India Pvt.Ltd. means coming into the DLF Cyber City every day. We are up on the 9th floor of Building No. 10, in Tower C. It’s Phase-II, so it’s right in the middle of all that glass and steel that makes up this part of the city. Usually, the elevators take a while in the morning because so many people are trying to get to their floors at the same time. From up here, you get a decent view of the other towers and the traffic moving below on the internal roads. It’s a very different vibe from the smaller street-side offices. It feels very busy and fast-paced, with people constantly moving through the lobbies. The 9th floor is pretty quiet once you get inside, though. We spend most of our time at our desks or in those small meeting rooms that everyone seems to use. It’s one of those buildings where you can get your coffee and lunch without even leaving the complex. Sometimes it feels a bit like a maze with all the different towers and phases, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just do our thing here and head out when the sun starts to set, joining the rush of people heading back to the metro or their cars. It’s just a regular office life in a very modern part of the area, nothing too out of the ordinary for us.
