Freightstar is located on the second floor of Block-A in First India Place, right on MG Road. It’s a pretty well-known building, so we’re easy to find. We handle freight and supply chain stuff. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and tracking shipments. MG Road is always packed with people and cars, so getting to the office can be an adventure in itself. We have a decent-sized team here working in the office. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just talk about containers, weights, and deadlines. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a warehouse losing power. We just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a solid job for the people who hire us. Our space in First India Place is practical. We have some coffee, some desks, and a lot of work to get through. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We'd rather just focus on making sure the cargo gets where it needs to be. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking facts. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve learned that being direct and honest is the best way to run a business like this.
