Sayaji Hotel

We've been running the Sayaji Hotel here in Shivaji Nagar for a while now. It’s located at 5/98, which is pretty easy to find if you know Gurgaon at all. Most days start early with the staff checking the rooms and making sure everything is ready for whoever might be stopping by. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We aren't a big fancy chain, just a local spot where people come to stay when they have work in the city or are just passing through. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is a mess, but that’s just life in Gurgaon. We try to keep things simple here. The rooms are what they are, clean and decent enough for a night's rest. My uncle used to say that a hotel is only as good as the sleep you get, so we focus on that. We don't have a massive lobby or anything, but we know the regulars by name. It gets loud during the day with the street noise, but it usually settles down at night. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us, from students to businessmen. There is no big corporate office behind us, just a few of us making sure the place stays open and functional every single day. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot.
