Our facility is located at 192, Sector-6 in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. This isn't really a typical office building; it’s much more of an industrial site where the actual work happens. We have a lot of space dedicated to production and the technical side of things. The atmosphere here is very different from a quiet office in the city. There is the constant hum of machinery and the sound of people moving goods around. Most of us here are focused on the manufacturing process and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. We wear our work gear and spend a lot of time on the floor. The office part of the building is just a few simple rooms where the managers and supervisors keep track of the schedules and the inventory. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that's just part of being in an industrial sector like this. Many of the workers have been coming to this same spot for many years, so there is a sense of routine to everything we do. We don't have any fancy reception areas or polished floors. It’s a practical place built for production. We focus on meeting our targets and keeping the equipment in good shape. Lunch is usually a quick break in the common room before we get back to the machines. It’s just a hard-working environment where we focus on the tasks at hand.
