Sams Facilities Management (P) Ltd.

We are Sams Facilities Management (P) Ltd. and our office is located at 296, Sector 8 in Faridabad, Haryana. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now. Sector 8 is a pretty normal area, with a mix of homes and small businesses around us. Our work is not very glamorous. We mostly deal with managing buildings, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. We handle things like cleaning schedules, security, and making sure repairs get done on time. Our office is a very simple space with just enough room for our desks and all the files we have to keep. We don’t have any big marketing budgets or fancy brochures. Most of the people we work for are local and they know us because we’ve been around the 121 006 area for so long. It can be a bit stressful when things go wrong at a building, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are just a group of regular people trying to keep everything running smoothly for our clients. There isn’t any corporate philosophy here. We just believe in showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. It is practical work, and we take it one day at a time. We know the neighborhood well and we are happy to be a part of it.
