Salsa Maxican Restaurant

We are located at N-37 in Pocket-P4, inside the Senior Citizen Home Complex Society. It’s on Kasna Road in Greater Noida. We decided to open up here because it seemed like a good spot for the people living nearby. We serve Mexican food, or at least our version of it. It’s a small place, nothing too big or loud. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or cleaning up the tables. It’s not a fancy dining hall with white tablecloths. It’s more of a place where you just come in and eat. We try to keep the ingredients fresh and the menu simple. Some days we have a lot of people from the society coming in, and other days it’s a bit slow. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just put out the sign and start cooking. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the summer in U.P., but we’re used to it. We handle everything ourselves, from the dishes to the money. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant in Greater Noida, but we enjoy the routine of it. We just want people to have a decent meal without any fuss. It’s a local spot for local people. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we’re just part of the neighborhood now. If you’re around Kasna Road, you can just stop by and see what we’ve got cooking for the day.
