Our office is up on the fourth floor of DLF Qutab Plaza, specifically at room 421. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then on the weekends. Saffaire Industrial Saws ( I ) Pvt Ltd. is where we handle the business side of things. We aren't out in a big factory at this address; it's more of an administrative spot where we take orders and talk to our various clients over the phone. Dealing with industrial saws is a very niche thing. Most people don't think about what goes into cutting large materials until they actually need a specific blade or a machine to do it. We have catalogs all over the desks and small samples of different teeth patterns for the saws we supply. Phase-1 of DLF City is a busy area, lots of shops and offices around us. It gets a bit crowded during the lunch hours when everyone comes out. We try to keep things organized, but there are always stacks of invoices and shipping papers everywhere on the desks. We talk to people from all over who need reliable cutting tools for their factories and workshops. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all morning, and we just handle one call after another. It’s not a glamorous job, just making sure the right equipment gets to the right place. Being in this plaza makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a real headache.
