Ruby Tuesday

We are the team over at Ruby Tuesday, located inside the Crown Plaza Mall in Sector 15A of Faridabad. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when the mall gets crowded with families and shoppers. Being here in Haryana, we see all kinds of people coming through our doors. The restaurant itself is a place where we try to keep things relaxed. It’s not some five-star fancy establishment where you have to dress up; it’s just a place to sit down and have a meal. We’ve got our kitchen staff who have been with us for years and the servers who know the menu inside out. Things can get a little loud when the mall is full, and sometimes the wait times get a bit long, but we do what we can to keep things moving. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else making all the decisions—we’re right here on the floor every day. The Crown Plaza Mall is a good landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables, prepping food, and making sure the place looks decent. It’s a lot of hard work on our feet, but we enjoy the buzz of a busy shift. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid place to eat in Faridabad. Just regular folks serving food.
