Ruby Tuesday

Our spot is at House Number 54 in Prince Colony, over in the Sukhlia area of Indore. It’s a local place, and you’ll often find Jagdish Chandra’s son and the rest of the crew around here. Since we’re in a colony, it feels more like a home than a big business office. We deal with everything related to the Ruby Tuesday side of things from this address. It involves a lot of talk about food, supplies, and how the day-to-day operations are going. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few chairs, and some boxes of supplies waiting to be moved. We spend time talking to suppliers and checking on the kitchen details. Sometimes the logistics of getting fresh ingredients on time can be a headache, but we manage. Indore is a great city for food, so there’s always a bit of pressure to keep up. We’re just regular people trying to make sure everything tastes right and the customers are happy. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on the weekends when things get busy. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just sit around the table, look at the numbers, and figure out what needs to be done for the next shift. It’s a simple, honest way to work and we've been at it for some time now.
